Accreditation Statement
The American College of Rheumatology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation Statement
The American College of Rheumatology designates this Other Activity (Blended Learning Encompassing Live and On Demand View) for a maximum of 209.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activities.
CME credit must be claimed by November 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
Maintenance of Certification (MOC)
MOC Recognition Statement: American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 209.50 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
By completing this activity, you provide the ACR permission to share completion data with the ACCME and the certifying board.
After submitting a reflective statement with key takeaways from the meeting, MOC points will be applied for ABIM diplomates to the ABIM diplomate number and date of birth provided when you registered. Points are sent nightly to ACCME and then transferred to the ABIM Physician Portal. Please allow at least 48 hours for points to display in the portal.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn up to 209.50 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the policy of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) to ensure that Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities are independent and free of commercial bias. To ensure educational content is objective, balanced, and guarantee content presented is in the best interest of its learners' and the public, the ACR requires that everyone in a position to control educational content disclose all financial relationships with ineligible companies within the prior 24 months. Instructions to Claim CME/MOC Credit
MOC Notice
There is a change to the process to claim MOC credit for ACR Convergence 2024.
After you enter a reflective statement, you will be directed to an ACR Convergence 2024 post-test. To claim MOC, learners must pass the post-test with a score of 70% or more. You can take the test as many times as needed.
There are no changes to the process to claim CME for ACR Convergence 2024.
How to Claim Credit
Credit claiming is available after the activity starts.
The deadline to claim CME credit and MOC points for ACR Convergence 2024 is November 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
- Log in to your My Credit page.
- Locate ACR Convergence 2024 and click Claim Credit; enter the amount of credit commensurate with your participation
- After claiming CME, you will be asked if you wish to claim ABIM MOC and/or ABP MOC. If you select Yes, you will be prompted to complete the following:
- Select board(s) and enter or confirm your ABIM and/or ABP number and date of birth
- Enter a reflective statement
- Pass a post-test with a score of 70% or more (you can take the test as many times as needed – see instructions to return to the post-test below*)
*How to Return to MOC Post-Test
If you are not able to complete the MOC post-test and need to return to it later, follow the steps below. Note: your CME credit will be claimed if you don’t finish the MOC post-test.
- Go to learn.rheumatology.org and log in
- On the main menu, below My Education click My Learning
- Scroll down to the Meetings section and click ACR Convergence 2024
- Scroll down to the Post-Test section and click the link to the test
