ACR Convergence 2026, the world’s premier rheumatology experience, will be held November 6–11 in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The meeting will be hosted in person, with opportunities to view select content on demand.

International and Domestic Group Housing & Registration

Global/International Groups with a Breakfast Package
Contact Maritz International Group Housing partner, ABTS, at info@acr-igh.com. ABTS will offer priority access to preferred hotels, amenities, and locations in an all-inclusive package.

You may preregister your international group to receive access to ABTS if you are looking for an all-inclusive package for your group.

Domestic Groups Without a Breakfast Package
Visit the Maritz website to submit your group housing block request. Contact Maritz Group Housing at ACRGroups@maritz.com with questions.

Registration Reminders for Group Agents
Email addresses must be valid and verifiable; bounced or unverified addresses may delay registration and prevent completion of the registration process and access to the on-site meeting app and on-demand website.

If an attendee is not found in the ACR database, the attendee must create an account. All group attendees must agree to the ACR Code of Conduct or their registration will not be processed.

Switch and Replace (name substitutions) is not allowed. Participants should be canceled (and your record credited) and new records added through the dates of ACR Convergence (November 6–11). Please submit your group payment by August 26 to receive early registration pricing. Rates will increase on August 27.
