Annual Meeting Hotels
ACR Convergence 2026, the world's premier rheumatology event, will be held November 6–11 in Orlando, Florida.
Housing reservations for individual attendees are accessible through the ACR Convergence registration and housing website. After selecting your registration preference, you will see a full list of hotels, rates, and relative distance to the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and the option to reserve housing for the meeting. Exhibitor housing information is listed below. Note: The meeting will take place in the West Building of the OCCC.
Group registration and housing will open in early June.

Important Housing Advisory
Maritz and ACR International Group Housing (IGH) are the official housing agencies for ACR Convergence 2026 and are the only companies authorized to make hotel reservations. By making your hotel reservation through Maritz or ACR IGH, you can be confident you will stay in quality accommodations at the lowest confirmed rate.

Global/International Groups with a Breakfast Package
Contact Maritz International Group Housing partner, ABTS, at info@acr-igh.com. ABTS will offer priority access to preferred hotels, amenities, and locations in an all-inclusive package.
You may preregister your international group to receive access to ABTS if you are looking for an all-inclusive package for your group.
Domestic Groups Without a Breakfast Package

Confirmations and Guarantees
Completed online reservations will receive an email confirmation. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. Reservations without a guaranteed credit card will be released after two hours.
Changes and Cancellations
Individual Reservations
Cancel or modify your hotel booking changes by logging in to the registration and housing website. Contact Maritz Customer Service at ACR@maritz.com or 864-541-0760 with questions.
Group Reservations
The group main contact may manage room block reservations, changes, and/or cancellations by accessing the housing portal and group profile. Contact Maritz Group Housing at ACRGroups@maritz.com with questions.
The final deadline for all attendees to make changes to housing reservations is October 20. You may contact your hotel directly after October 26.
