Rheum2Learn 2.0

Rheum2Learn 2.0 activities are case-based, virtual patient modules that provide fundamental rheumatology education. Residents, internal medicine program directors, and faculty who teach residents are encouraged to use and share these resources. The activities are complimentary.

Product Refund Policy

All product refund requests must be submitted in writing to the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) at education@rheumatology.org. Refunds will only be granted if the product has not been accessed by the purchaser.

Refunds
Refund requests received in writing before a product has been accessed: Purchasers will receive a full refund of purchase price, minus a non-refundable administrative processing fee of 25% of purchase price, not to exceed $250.

Substitutions
Substitutions are not permitted.

Special Circumstances
Refund requests due to documented medical emergencies, military deployment, or other extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the ACR. Supporting documentation may be required.

Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 4 weeks following the receipt of the request.
